This website is mainly about our PWD, Scott, but also about his family, friends and other things that might be of interest. Scott is from a breeder named Mighty Quinn, and he is from the breeders first litter which consisted of six males and two females. His real name is Mighty Quinn's Aviator Swatch, but Daddy wanted him to be named Scott instead (thank you Star Trek).

Scott is our first Portuguese Water Dog, however, I (the mom) has been a proud owner of dogs for the most part of my life. My last two dogs, who will be mentioned here as well, were two Tibetan Terriers. Penny and Flash, Penny lived a long and healthy life until she was almost 15 and she died from uterus problems, she passed away too fast for us to really comprehend. Flash lived until she was 16, and she acted like a pup all her life until the day she got cancer in her mouth, a very aggressive type of cancer and we gave her two more weeks. We never noticed that she had had cancer, she was never in pain, and the day she passed away was one of the saddest days of my life, but Flash was as happy as happy can be during these two weeks - she did not even need pain killers. So, all in all, both Penny and Flash lived with me for 16 years - two stubborn and amazingly fun Tibetan Terriers - 16 years of pure doggy happiness (and some sadness).

After almost two years of no dogs in the house it is time to welcome Scott, a new breed for us and a male dog instead of the two bitches we had before (pun intended), and start a new life and a family with this little pup. This site will give you all the updates and news about him, and also about his family.

(The header picture was taken when we visited the breeder and the pups were only five weeks and very very sleepy)
